- Pharmacist Supervisor of Clinical Operations for Prior Authorization unit within Customer Service department.
- Supervise a team of clinical pharmacists rendering prior authorization coverage determinations.
- Serve as a clinical liaison between Prior Authorization team and the Clinical Services & Client Management teams of Prescription Solutions.
- Participate and contribute to Prior Authorization clinical medication guideline development and revision process.
- Supervise and manage team operations and performance metrics in support of achieving department goals, client service level agreements, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years pharmacist experience working in a clinical pharmacy practice setting is required.
- Experience developing or operationalizing medication clinical guidelines and/or formulary development is required.
- Experience working with a PBM company or managed healthcare system is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years supervisory experience including leading a team of direct reports and managing performance/quality/scheduling is required.
- Experience working with CMS and other state regulatory requirements is preferred.
- Computer proficiency required including MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Outlook.
- Active California Pharmacist License is required.
- Pharm.D. degree and completion of Pharmacy Residency is preferred.
