The Clinical Nutrition Manager is a Registered and/or Florida Licensed Dietitian who assumes the management of Medical Nutrition Therapy staff and is responsible for the planning, organizing, facilitating, and evaluating of patient nutrition care activities. Coordinates the delivery of comprehensive patient nutritional care in accordance with JCAHO, Hospital, and Departmental policies, goals, and objectives. Establishes and modifies policies and procedures for patient care. Plans, implements, and monitors the Quality Assessment and Improvement Program within professional standards of practice and regulatory requirements. Responsible for planning and implementing the FANS staff education program. Relieves Clinical Dietitians. Completes all other duties as assigned.
