Primary Responsibilities:
- Reporting statistics of recovery levels
- Manage/coordinate new projects, testing proposals and department support
- Assurance of department adherence to policy and procedure and their updates
- Generation of system documentation
- Coordination of all client reporting requests and production
- Conformance with data governance guidelines and approvals
- Maintenance of outsource vendor relationship and production activity, and MEDIC referral process
- Formal documentation may be prepared for chief compliance officer and company attorneys
- Notifies and works with government enforcement agencies as appropriate

Qualifications
Required:
- Strong reporting and data analytics experience
- Demonstrated experience with writing and implementing policies and procedures
- Demonstrated experience with the operational aspects of project management
- Strong computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have experience working and interacting with senior level management, as well as clients
Preferred:
- PBM experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Healthcare industry experience within an audit environment
