Responsibilities:
Under the supervision and direction of the Pharmacy Director & Supervisor, provides pharmaceutical care in accordance with the standards of
pharmacy practice, and in compliance with departmental guidelines and state and federal regulations under the direction of the Medical Staff
pursuant of the objectives of the hospital and provides pharmacy services to all patients.
Interaction with family/assigned guardians and health care providers as appropriate define compliance with current standard of practice as well as assure
continuity of services to achieve desired patient outcomes through safe, timely, cost-effective pharmaceutical care.

Requirements for this job:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a PharmD
One year NICU experience or residency in NICU
Knowledge of CPCS, MediTech, AcuDose, Microsoft Office
Current license in the state of practice
