Description

Assures that the delivery of all pharmaceutical services to all hospital areas are in accordance with the established hospital policies and procedures and all applicable federal and state laws. Safely manages the environment of care.

Qualifications

Graduate of School of Pharmacy; BS in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred.-Must be a licensed pharmacist. Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
