We are seeking a Pharmacist. New Grads Welcome! Must be Bachelors or Pharm D. Degree, Registered Pharmacist in the State of Illinois.

Wonderful Clinical/Staff Hospital opportunity for a Pharmacist who is motivated to develop his or her career in an Inpatient Pharmacy! DOP is motivated to train Hospital motivated Pharmacists with great attitudes and cordial personalites.

This is a Day shift.

You will provide pharmaceutical care services to the patients of the Medical Center. Services indlude, but are not limited to, preparation, dispensing, monitoring and proper documentation of patient medication therapy. Duties include advising health care providers on matters pertaining to optimizing drug therapy. Ensures compliance with Federal, State, and local laws and regulations as well as compliance with regulatory agencies affecting the practice of Pharmacy.

Education and Minimum Experience: PharmD from an accredited college or school of pharmacy required; or B.S. in Pharmacy with relevant experience. New Grads are welcome and pharmacists out of school with up to 2 years of Retail experience. MOTIVATED FOR HOSPITAL with great personalities!
